Once we understand your requirements — home size, frequency, specific tasks, access arrangements, and any personal preferences — we assign a dedicated housekeeper matched to your area and needs. Same-day and next-day bookings are available subject to availability, and there are no long-term contracts: you can pause or cancel anytime with no penalty.
Transparent Pricing With No Hidden Fees
We believe that pricing should be completely transparent before any service begins. Our residential housekeeping starts from £20 per hour (all inclusive), deep cleaning from £25 per hour, and commercial cleaning from £17 per hour plus VAT. These rates cover your dedicated housekeeper's time and professional-grade equipment — clients provide cleaning products, which allows you to choose products suited to your household and any allergy or environmental preferences. Every quote we provide is itemised and confirmed in writing before we begin, with no surprise additions afterwards.
