Specialist services — deep cleaning, end of tenancy, commercial cleaning, and serviced apartment cleaning — are invoiced + VAT at the standard UK rate of 20%. This is because these services typically involve more equipment, longer durations, and higher material costs. Your written quote will always show the pre-VAT and post-VAT total clearly.
