1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of St Anne's Housekeeping services and our website located at https://stanneshousekeeping.com. By booking or using our services, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Service Description
St Anne's Housekeeping provides professional cleaning and housekeeping services including:
- • Residential housekeeping and cleaning
- • Commercial cleaning services
- • Deep cleaning and spring cleaning
- • End of tenancy cleaning
- • Serviced apartment cleaning
- • Carpet and upholstery cleaning
- • Window cleaning
- • Additional services as agreed upon
All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your booking request.
3. Booking and Payment Terms
3.1 Booking Process
- • All bookings are subject to our confirmation and acceptance
- • We reserve the right to decline any booking request
- • Booking confirmation will be provided via email or phone
- • Special requirements must be communicated at the time of booking
- • Minimum booking is 3 hours per visit unless stated otherwise
3.2 Payment Terms
- • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
- • We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
- • Prices are subject to VAT where applicable
- • Written quotes confirm scope, frequency and pricing and supersede generic marketing rates
- • Additional charges may apply for extra services or materials
3.3 Cancellation Policy
- • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
- • Short-notice cancellations may incur a cancellation fee equal to the first hour
- • We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances
3.4 Service Guarantee
- • 48‑hour re‑clean for documented issues reported within 48 hours of service
- • Issues outside agreed scope or caused by third parties are excluded
4. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
- • Ensure the property is secure and safe for our staff
- • Remove or secure valuable and fragile items
- • Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning requirements
- • Be present during the service or arrange for authorized access
- • Notify us of any hazardous materials or conditions
- • Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity) for service completion
- • Treat our staff with respect and maintain appropriate conduct
5. Liability and Insurance
5.1 Our Liability
- • We carry comprehensive public liability insurance
- • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
- • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear
- • Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
5.2 Exclusions
- • Loss or damage to cash, jewelry, or other valuables
- • Damage caused by faulty equipment not belonging to us
- • Consequential or indirect losses
- • Damage to items not properly secured by the client
6. Health and Safety
- • All our staff are trained in health and safety procedures
- • We use professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products where possible
- • Clients must inform us of any allergies or sensitivities
- • We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions
- • Any accidents or incidents will be reported and documented
7. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your property and personal information. Our staff are bound by confidentiality agreements and will not disclose any information about your property, belongings, or personal affairs to third parties.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services if:
- • Payment terms are not met
- • Our staff are subjected to inappropriate behavior
- • Unsafe working conditions are encountered
- • These terms are materially breached
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

4. Rates & Service Notes
- • Housekeeping: From £20 per hour (all inclusive)
- • Commercial Cleaning: From £16.50 per hour + VAT
- • Serviced Apartment Cleaning: From £17.50 per hour + VAT
- • Access & Parking: Client to arrange safe access and parking where required (charges re‑billed at cost)
- • Equipment & Products: Client to provide cleaning products and equipment suitable for their home
